Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to assist you with a return.
Return Terms:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
A receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.
When returning an item, shipping costs are not refundable and are not included in the refund amount.

Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back.
Send the items to Pavenčių g. 2A, Mažeikiai.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 days.
Exceptions:
Certain items, such as personal care products, are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Gift cards are not returnable.
