Description

Headlights/Lighting
We include not only daytime running lights, but also functional headlights by combining projector lenses with powerful and efficient OSRAM LEDs. Cast aluminum housing with built-in DC motors, it is designed to be durable, and cooling fins dissipate heat for a longer service life. 4 projector lenses (2 x high beam, 2 x low beam) ensure good visibility and a clear cut-off line. The tail/brake light is equipped with LEDs as standard.

Breaking
The S200 was designed to allow children aged 10 and up to enjoy a pleasant ride on a variety of terrain or trail systems.

● Front pull, pinion N-gear steering with adjusted length linkages to A-arm length reduces steering.
● Wide front and rear A-arms provide longer shock stroke and more suspension travel.
● Rear differential and CV axles provide longer life, increased clearance and durability for chains.
● A-shaped ball joints can be pressed out and replaced.
Frame/Chassis
Kayo designs and builds frames using embedded and recessed mounting points without adding unnecessary weight. Reinforces weak spots and supports tube connections. Safety is important to us and we believe in structurally soundness in key areas such as the roll cage. The S200 comes with a 1.25″ diameter 6-point roll cage with interlocking mounting points. This prevents all the stress from the mounting bolts that can shear off. The frame tubes are .095″ thick.

Engine

196cc Air/Liquid cooled 4T SOHC. The engine is mounted low behind the seats to give the S200 a lower center of gravity. Behind the seats also provides more even weight distribution. Easily accessible for routine maintenance/inspection. The CVT has a double dive to keep the clutches dry in wet conditions. The air filter is also easy to access without any tools.

Interior/Cabin
The sport UTV market continues to expand, and Kayo is committed to offering options for the youth in this category. We designed a spacious cabin that can accommodate a parent in the passenger seat. The contoured seats prevent riders from sliding,
and are adjustable in 6 positions (4 inches forward/backward). There are also 4-point seat belts to keep the rider/passenger safe. The digital gauge allows you to view simple functions or information without distracting the riders. The steering wheel has 5 levels of tilt that can be easily adjusted.
