Universal grease for long-term use 400g WR-2

Description

Multi-purpose waterproof grease based on refined mineral oils with a mixed lithium/calcium soap thickener and synthetic esters, as well as special adhesion, anti-oxidation and corrosion protection additives.

Features:
– The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, adhesion and friction properties of the lubricant;
– Maintains operational properties from -30 °C to +120 °C, which extends the service life of friction units;
– Increased protective properties due to the use of different metal cations as a thickener;

– Reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion in wet and dirty environments for a long service life;
– Effectively reduces friction and wear;
– Resistant to hot and cold water, completely unaffected by sea water, has water-repellent and sealing properties;
– Good adhesion to metals, forms a long-lasting, water-, temperature- and dirt-resistant lubricating film, which extends intervals and reduces maintenance costs;
– Resistant to softening, aging and oxidation. Has good thermal and mechanical stability. Remains resistant to temperature fluctuations;
– Meets a wide range of requirements, so one grease can be used in most equipment;
– The consistency of the grease remains constant during long storage. Shelf life 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Application: For industrial equipment operating in wet conditions. Also used as a universal lubricant with anti-scratch properties for off-road vehicles, where constant contact of water with the lubricant is common.
Suitable for the maintenance of water mechanisms, wheel bearings, ball bearings, torsion joints, cardan shaft pins, ropes and pulleys, winches and other friction units where moisture may occur.
